• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card/UPI details.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address, encrypted password hash, plan status, and export usage (based on plan limits).
• Usage/log data: IP address, user agent, timestamps, and error logs (security & troubleshooting).
• Contact form: name, email, subject, and message you submit.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We store only payment references such as order id / payment id for reconciliation. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

Ads & third-party services

IFSCpin may display advertisements. Advertising partners (including third-party vendors) may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads, measure performance, and limit ad frequency.

You can opt for an ads-free experience based on your membership plan. If ads are disabled for your account, ad code will not be rendered.

Cookies

We use cookies for login sessions, security, and basic site functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser, but login/account features may not work.

Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Logs are kept for limited periods for security and debugging, and are rotated periodically.

Your choices

• You can choose a paid plan to remove ads (ads-free experience).
• You can contact us to request deletion of your account data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
