Digital service policy
IFSCpin provides digital services (membership features like exports and ads-free experience). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Eligibility for refunds
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same plan, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Service not activated: If your payment succeeded but your plan was not upgraded due to a technical issue, we will fix it or refund it.
- Wrong plan purchased: If you purchased the wrong plan and you have not used premium features, contact us within 24 hours.
Non-refundable cases
- After premium features have been used (exports/ads-free usage), refunds are generally not provided.
- Requests made long after purchase (beyond a reasonable window) may not be eligible.

1) Your account email
2) Razorpay payment id / order id (if available)
3) Reason for refund request
Processing time
Refund approvals are typically processed within 3–7 business days depending on your bank/payment method.
