Privacy Policy
How IFSCPIN.in handles lookup activity, contact data, corrections, API usage, cookies and advertising.
Effective date: 17 July 2026. This policy explains how IFSCPIN.in, published by Support IT Ventures, handles information when you use the website.
Core lookups
You do not need an account to search IFSC or PIN records. The application does not ask for or require your bank account number, card number, UPI PIN, OTP or banking password. Do not enter sensitive financial information into the search box or contact forms.
Operational logs
The server may record request time, page, coarse user-agent class, response status and a short-lived hashed network signal for security and rate limiting. Search logging is designed to reject or suppress text resembling email addresses, phone numbers or long account/card-like numbers. Logs are retained only for configured operational periods and are not sold.
Contact and correction forms
When you contact us, we receive the name, email, subject and message you submit. Correction requests also contain the record reference, proposed correction and optional evidence reference. This information is used to respond, investigate and keep an audit trail. It is not sent to advertisers through the application.
API
API access requests contain your name, email, organization, use case and optional approved browser origin. API keys are stored as hashes; the full secret is shown only once. Usage counters record requests and error categories for quota, security and service operation.
Cookies and local storage
Essential session cookies protect administrator login and form security. Public lookup does not require a login. Analytics and advertising are disabled by default and may load only after configuration and consent where required. A certified consent platform will be used where current publisher rules require it.
Advertising and partner links
If advertising is enabled, Google or another disclosed provider may process information according to its policies and your consent choices. Partner links are marked sponsored. Contact and correction content is not shared with partners merely because you visited an eligible guide.
Retention and security
Access is restricted by role, protected directories are denied from direct web access, and sensitive values are redacted from logs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Contact records are retained while needed for response, legal, security or audit purposes, then deleted or anonymized according to configured retention settings.
Your choices
You may avoid optional analytics or advertising through the consent control when enabled. You may request correction or deletion of contact information where legally and operationally appropriate by emailing hello@ifscpin.in. We may retain a minimal audit record when required to prevent abuse or document a resolved correction.
Changes
Material changes will update the effective date and, where appropriate, a notice will be shown. Continued use after a change means the revised policy applies to future use.
